The client was struggling with manual data entry from multiple website forms (Birth Mother inquiries and Adoptive Family requests). This led to delayed response times, fragmented data, and the risk of losing critical inquiries. They needed a secure, automated way to sync website data with their Zoho CRM in real-time.

I developed a custom integration using Zoho’s REST API and specialized hooks to ensure every form submission is instantly captured and categorized.
